From the Driver’s Seat:

Erik Jones: “Bristol is a track that I always look forward to getting to and overall, if you look back at the history in the Xfintiy Series, and Cup Series as well, past races have been pretty good to us. I think we always mark down Bristol as a track where we have a shot to contend for a win and hopefully we can get that second win this weekend. I am excited to get there and excited to go out there and have a shot to win. It’s one of my favorite tracks that we go to all year, so I’m looking forward to getting back there and having another good run.

From the Pit Box:

Chris Gayle: The night Bristol race is one of the best events of the year in my opinion. I always enjoy getting back to short track events and even more so at this night event. It’ll be a great change of pace to put the aerodynamic racing behind us and concentrate on the mechanical side that Bristol provides. This has been a really good track for Erik in the past and we ran really well at this event last year. Hopefully we can repeat the performance of last year in qualifying and come out one position better in the race.”
