"Our online check in makes it easier than ever to get a haircut, and the recent launch of the mobile app puts that technology in your hands via your phone,” says Martha England, senior VP of Marketing for Sport Clips. “We want to double down on the Sport Clips MVP client experience by offering twice the legendary hot steamed towel and massaging shampoo at a discounted rate via text messaging.” Opting in for messaging is easy and all clients need to do to claim their $5 off is show the text when they walk into any participating location.
Sport Clips makes haircare services convenient with no appointment necessary and online check in available via the website or on the Sport Clips app. When checking in online, clients can choose a preferred stylist. Once checked in, clients will be given an estimated arrival time to show up at the store, and clients' first name and last initial are listed on a wallboard mounted near the front counter. Clients are asked to give the Sport Clips team a heads up upon arrival and share the Client Appreciation text message to claim their $5 off the Double MVP experience this month.*
