Sport Clips Haircuts’ Martha England promoted to senior vice president of marketing

GEORGETOWN, Texas (Oct. 26, 2018)

Sport Clips LogoMartha England has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing for Sport Clips, Inc. In the announcement, Founder and CEO Gordon Logan notes that England has directed the expansion of the company’s marketing budget from less than $10M in 2009 to almost $40M this year, supporting 1,800 stores. England has been with Sport Clips since January 2008 when the company had 500 stores and has most recently served as Vice President of Marketing since 2009. 

 

“Since 2009 we have greatly expanded our social media, sports marketing and national broadcast programs while keeping administrative, creative and production costs to less than 10 percent of the budget,” says Logan. “Martha has exhibited superior leadership skills in evolving our marketing programs to keep Sport Clips Haircuts on the cutting edge of social media and innovative technology.  We look forward to continued excellence from Martha and her team.”

 

Prior to joining Sport Clips, England served as a vice president of development with a healthcare system and spent a number of years as vice president and media director for full-service advertising agencies. She is a Purdue University graduate with an MBA from The University of New Mexico – Robert O. Anderson School of Management.
